Buyer seeks qualified contractors to increase awareness and engagement in the Chesapeake Conservation and Climate Corps Program. Contractor will provide outreach and technical assistance to eligible young adults from underengaged groups. Tasks include advertising the program, supporting applicants through the application process, and assisting with the Corps Matching Phase. Buyer aims to place 50-55 Corps Members for the 2025-2026 cohort.

• 3-5 years experience with application writing and mentorship
• 3-5 years experience assisting applicants in developing career skills and securing professional development opportunities

• Advertise Corps Program to 8-10 young adults from key audiences
• Provide technical assistance to 5 eligible individuals for program application
• Support applicants through Corps Matching Phase and Job Fair
• Ensure submission of Corps Member Ranking Forms
• Conduct introductory meetings with eligible individuals
• Translate Trust's goals into language best received by target audience
• Assist applicants in navigating online application portal
• Provide support for narrative question responses and application materials
• Ensure attendance of supported individuals at Virtual Corps Job Fair
• Prepare written reports on outreach methods, lessons learned, and challenges addressed
