Buyer seeks an event ticketing company to provide supplemental support for Fall Commencement Ceremonies. The company will manage ticket scanning, walk-up sales, and customer service. • Must be a registered vendor with Florida International University
• Require existing relationship with FIU PantherSoft platform
• Ability to provide PCI compliant workers
• Experience with access control software for venue capacity management

• Provide supplemental support for Fall Commencement Ceremonies
• Scan tickets as fans enter the convocation center
• Handle walk-up ticket sales and PantherSoft customer service
• Print and upload tickets for customer service and sales
• Upload PantherSoft data into access control software
• Manage venue capacity through ticket scanning
• Provide 10 staff members including necessary supervisors
• Staff to report 3 hours before ceremony begins
• Relieve staff members with supervisor consent after each commencement
