• U.S. citizenship
• Bachelor's Degree in International Education, TESOL, Instructional Design, or related field
• Proven experience in EFL teaching contexts
• At least 5 years of professional TESOL experience

• Create new Access lesson plans on Global Citizenship Themes
• Revise existing Access lesson plans and Impact Projects
• Moderate the Access Teacher Community of Practice online platform
• Plan and deliver live professional development webinars
• Develop 2-year Access curriculum and assessment package
• Facilitate U.S.-based academic in-person exchanges
• Lead international training sessions for Access teachers
• Create training materials for in-country and online trainings
• Support accessibility efforts and ensure OER-compliance
• Engage in content development, revision, and delivery
