Buyer seeks marketing services to grow ridership on their commuter railroad. The project requires expertise in market outreach, traditional and digital media, graphic design, and video production. The selected firm will manage the buyer's website, online forms, and social media platforms. The primary goal is to increase ridership across weekday peak, off-peak, and weekend periods.

• Create and manage sustained media campaign across print, electronic, digital, billboard, social, and video platforms
• Develop promotional concepts and materials including graphic design
• Manage NICTD master brand and ensure consistency in messaging
• Design printed timetable updates and materials including Spanish translation
• Manage website design, content, news articles, and updates
• Host website and ensure security and ADA/Title VI compliance
• Develop and distribute monthly eNews and special notices
• Manage social media and respond to customer inquiries daily
• Assist with public outreach during service disruptions
• Share monthly data on marketing strategy effectiveness
