Buyer is seeking proposals for a comprehensive emergency communication platform. The platform will enhance the buyer's ability to send and receive emergency notifications across multiple platforms. It will serve approximately 1500 county employees with the ability to scale as needed. The system must be web-based, cloud-based, and integrate with existing county systems.

• Provide multi-platform emergency notifications (landline, cell, email, text, Teams, voicemail)
• Integrate with County's Active Directory for user authentication and management
• Enable two-way communication between system and users
• Support geo-fencing to control notification release based on location
• Provide mobile and desktop applications for seamless access
• Create pre-determined message templates for common emergency scenarios
• Allow employees to update personal contact information through a portal
• Ensure robust data security and protection
• Provide reporting tools for staff rosters and other necessary reports
• Integrate with GIS maps for location-based notifications
