The buyer seeks skilled artists to design and create murals on commercial buildings throughout the city. Artists will be selected based on their qualifications and placed on a list for future projects. The buyer aims to enhance cultural and artistic revitalization efforts through this mural program. Selected artists will work directly with the city and property owners to create original, appropriate artwork for public spaces.

• 10/1/2024 - Proposal Due Date

• Must be a legal US resident, age 18 or over
• Experience in painting permanent artwork suitable for outdoor elements
• Ability to successfully complete the work in one month

• Design and create murals of varying styles and sizes on commercial buildings
• Prepare surface walls for mural painting
• Complete artwork within 30 days of assignment
• Provide detailed sketches, renderings, and narration of proposed artwork
• Develop budget and schedule for proposed artwork
• Comply with city zoning ordinances and obtain final design approval
• Create original artwork without advertising, religious references, or inappropriate content
• Maintain mural for a minimum of five years
• Complete work in accordance with applicable design guidelines and regulations
• Provide invoice and W-9 upon completion of the mural
