• Minimum of 3 years' experience in outreach and marketing
• Knowledge and understanding of WIOA Title 1 federal funding programs
• Experience in the Outreach and Communications industry

• Develop program brand messages and story for WIOA Adult & Dislocated Worker Programs
• Create campaign outreach strategy utilizing various communication methods
• Develop program materials for CWD staff and SCWDB outreach efforts
• Provide education to CWD staff on project activities
• Execute plan, place outreach buys, and attain brand story
• Submit monthly reporting and analysis of Outreach Strategic Plan
• Develop outreach strategy for WIOA Youth Programs and NYSCION
• Analyze and improve current web and social media presence
• Develop SCWDB engagement strategy to encourage partner referrals
• Create list of Sullivan County businesses and host educational forum on WIOA programs
