• Print banners on 13oz Indoor Opaque Vinyl
• Use four-color process printing with bleeds
• Provide weight bar or suggestion for bottom pocket
• Submit proof to designated contact person
• Deliver completed banners by October 11 or sooner
• Invoice with proper job number and signed delivery receipt
• Complete and return Attachment B (Affirmation and Disclosure Form)
