Buyer requires hosting and data integration for the VHA Advance Utility Metering System (AUMS). This includes software licensure, data hosting, data warehousing, and software updates for ten months. The project covers electrical and mechanical meters across multiple VISNs. Buyer needs the most current version of Schneider Electric's software and advanced utility meter data hosting services.

• 9/27/2024 - Proposal Due Date

• Must be authorized by Schneider Electric to provide required software and hosting services
• Must be registered on www.SAM.gov

• Provide software licensure for PME and EEM with Advanced Visualization Module
• Maintain tier 3 data center with software, service packs and system monitoring
• Perform monthly audits of hosted server's memory usage, disk space and event logs
• Verify data archiving and backups have completed monthly
• Provide meter data backup by medical center to COR monthly
• Maintain up to 3 years of online data backup for catastrophic recovery
• Provide monthly meter data backup reports to COR/VHA representative
• Host current version of StruxureWare Power Monitoring Expert (PME)
• Host StruxureWare Enterprise Energy Manager (EEM) with Advanced Visualization Module
• Provide software updates for AUMS for ten months
