• Current, valid license to practice public accounting in Florida
• Partners and Managers must have active CPA license in Florida
• Minimum 5 years performing audits for Palm Beach County Municipality
• Completed 3-5 external governmental audits as prime contractor in last 3 years
• No governmental sub-contracted experience acceptable

• Perform annual audits for fiscal years 2024-2028
• Express opinion on fair presentation of basic financial statements
• Conduct single audit in compliance with federal and state requirements
• Issue reports on internal control and compliance
• Assist in finalizing Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR)
• Review accrued liability reserves for self-insured funds
• Provide technical advice for GFOA Certificate of Achievement program
• Attend City Commission meeting to present audit report
• Offer annual government training seminar to City accounting staff
• Provide electronic copies of audit reports and management letters
