Opioid Partnership Project

Buyer seeks qualified nonprofit and/or community-based organizations to provide youth prevention services for opioid use disorder, substance use disorder, and mental health. The project aims to address education, prevention, and recovery needs for at-risk individuals. Services include implementing evidence-based programs, conducting media campaigns, offering mobile intervention, and engaging community organizations. The contract will last for five years or until funding is depleted.

- Provide harm reduction training to healthcare providers and professionals
- Educate law enforcement on practices for dealing with fentanyl
- Support greater access to mental health services for young people
- Complete required expenditure reporting annually
