The buyer is seeking a contractor to provide management oversight for the District's Continuum of Care for homeless services. The contractor will manage a network of subcontractors delivering core services to over 5,000 homeless individuals annually. Services include operating shelters, providing case management, and coordinating support services. The goal is to end chronic homelessness in the District by Fiscal Year 2025.

• Provide management oversight for District's Continuum of Care for homeless services

• Coordinate move services and furniture purchases

• Implement systematic response to prevent and quickly resolve homelessness
