• Minimum three years business experience providing required services
• Authorized Reseller qualified to provide On-Line Cloud Services and Software Products
• Office/facilities located within United States staffed by US-located resources

• Provide vast assortment of software products and cloud solutions
• Offer AWS or equivalent cloud computing services
• Provide cost reporting dashboard for billing purposes
• Allow County access to cost explorer tools for cloud consumption
• Provide Master Service Agreement for Professional Services
• Offer software quotes and procurement through vendor marketplace
• Submit supplemental proposals for additional work as requested
• Respond to emergency calls when required
• Provide miscellaneous commodities upon County request
