Cobb County Department of Transportation

The buyer seeks a contractor to provide transit bus advertising services. The contractor will have exclusive rights to sell and place advertising on CobbLinc buses, shelters, and other approved locations. Services include marketing available ad space, producing and installing ads, maintaining ads, and collecting revenue. The contractor must use best efforts to maximize advertising sales and revenue for the buyer.

• Five or more years of recent and relevant experience in providing Bus Advertising Services
• Experience with transit systems utilizing a similar scope

• Solicit and sell advertising space on CobbLinc buses and property
• Design and produce advertising to be mounted on CobbLinc property
• Install, remove and maintain advertising materials on CobbLinc vehicles
• Collect accounts receivable for transit advertising contracts
• Market available advertising space on buses, shelters and other locations
