• Minimum 5 years experience developing comprehensive marketing strategies for large organizations
• Minimum 1 year experience with educational institutions
• Available for in-person meetings and presentations upon notice
• Headquartered or established place of business in San Antonio area for at least one year

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase enrollment and retention
• Conduct market research including surveys and focus groups
• Create advertising materials for multiple media channels
• Assist with media selection, production, and message consistency
• Provide creative services including copywriting, photography, and video production
• Negotiate and procure media contracts
• Track and confirm ad runs and media events
• Provide quarterly and annual post-buy media analysis
