Buyer seeks to establish a contract for Operational Technology Cybersecurity Support Services. The contract will cover OT/ICS/SCADA cybersecurity services for the Information Technology Division. Services include assessments, design and implementation of cybersecurity controls, and ongoing monitoring. The initial contract period is one year with four optional one-year renewals.

• Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP) certification
• Certified SCADA Security Architect (CSSA) certification
• ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Certificate Programs

• Perform baseline assessment of current cybersecurity solutions and controls
• Conduct annual assessments aligned with NIST Cybersecurity Framework
• Design and architect enhancements to cybersecurity controls/capabilities
• Implement and manage ongoing operations of cybersecurity solutions
• Provide network engineering support for new capabilities
• Offer ongoing monitoring services complementing current Dragos OT Watch services
• Provide Security Operations Center as a Service for OT environment
• Procure recommended cybersecurity solutions on behalf of HRSD
