Buyer seeks employers and training partners to offer Incumbent Worker Training funded through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act. The training must improve employee skills, increase competitiveness, and retain or avert layoffs. Buyer will provide funding assistance to qualifying employers for training full-time, permanent employees. The project aims to contribute to career advancement, job retention, and job security for incumbent workers.
