Buyer seeks a full-service advertising agency to handle planning, buying, designing, placing, and production of advertisements for a multi-faceted advertising campaign. The agency will work with the Director of Strategic Marketing and Communications and other college personnel. Services include comprehensive campaign planning, design and production of various ad types, media placement, SEO/SEM coordination, and ongoing performance tracking and reporting.

• Plan and implement comprehensive strategic advertising campaign aligned with college goals
• Design, layout, and produce all advertising for College and extension centers
• Place and deliver advertising across various media channels
• Coordinate SEO/SEM campaigns and provide monthly reporting
• Conduct occasional focus groups and track advertising effectiveness
• Maintain relationships with media outlets and assist in PR campaigns
• Provide annual report on College's market standing and advertising performance
• Negotiate competitive advertising contracts on behalf of the College
• Assist in coordinating photo/video shoots and maintain photo archives
• Develop marketing programs aligned with different departments' needs
