The selected firm will support activities related to the Freedom Tower Centennial Campaign and Celebration. This includes promoting the reopening of the Freedom Tower, celebrating its 100th anniversary, and supporting its renovation. • Minimum of three years of experience in providing public relations services for educational/civic or other institutional type entities

• Develop and execute media outreach plan for local, regional, and national coverage
• Create and distribute press kits and media materials
• Provide crisis management and strategic communications advice
• Produce content for social media, website, newsletters, and promotional materials
• Plan and execute campaign launch event and anniversary celebration
• Organize fundraising events to increase donor contributions
• Develop comprehensive communications strategy for Freedom Tower Centennial Campaign
• Enhance Freedom Tower's social media presence
• Coordinate interviews with key stakeholders
• Provide regular progress reports and meetings with MDC representatives
