• Design and develop a responsive website for various viewing platforms
• Provide secure off-site hosting with redundant backup and 24/7 support
• Migrate existing content and recommend improvements based on best practices
• Create site map, wireframes, and style guide for all pages
• Implement CMS plugins and integrated software to improve user experience
• Provide post-launch analysis and SEO optimization
• Integrate with Target X and link to separate Athletics, Foundation, and Topperstation sites
• Provide one year of support following site launch
• Develop content templates and train content coordinators across the university
• Ensure ADA compliance for all web content
