The buyer aims to create a strategically sourced list of vendors for defined college and career readiness services. Multiple vendors may be selected to offer schools diverse high-quality options.

- Have content expertise and experience applicable to proposed services
- Offer evidence-based instruction focused on engaging diverse students
- Capacity to serve multiple schools (minimum of five)

- Offer industry-recognized certification testing services
- Develop key learning and adaptive skills in students
- Assist with college access and admissions requirements
