The results will enable the buyer to implement strategies to meet existing and future housing needs and support economic development and workforce attraction.

• Minimum of five years experience conducting planning studies for small municipalities
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Identify critical gaps and issues in housing supply
• Engage public to identify housing constraints
• Provide strategies to meet community housing needs
• Conduct demographic and market demand analysis
• Perform demand and gap analysis
• Develop future projections
• Gather public input through surveys and focus groups
• Recommend incentive strategies for economic development
• Produce final report with findings and recommendations
