- Minimum of three registered nurses available at all times
- Successfully provided services for three similar Workers' Compensation programs within past two years
- No breaches of Protected Health Information or similar events in last five years
- License to practice in the State of Arkansas
- Provide 24/7/365 toll-free nurse call line for work-related injuries
- Offer immediate interaction with licensed registered nurses
- Provide First Aid coaching and recommendations
- Report incidents and statuses in a timely manner
- Conduct follow-up calls for employees referred to Emergency Room
- Develop implementation and training plan
- Generate efficiency reports for First Report of Injury
- Send various reports including summary, heat map, and utilization data
- Distinguish calls by department and refer employees to appropriate providers
- Provide dedicated account manager for prompt responses
