The buyer seeks a consulting firm to provide Energy Resiliency Audits for commercial, multi-family, and single-family buildings in Beverly Hills. • Minimum two years experience in Energy Resiliency Audits
• Licensed Engineer, Certified Energy Manager, or equivalent certification
• Full-time staff fluent in English, Spanish, and Farsi
• Experience with building efficiency measures, codes, and standards
• Knowledge of onsite solar, energy storage, and backup power systems

• Conduct energy resiliency audits for commercial, multi-family, and single-family buildings
• Perform marketing outreach and education on energy resiliency
• Assess building energy infrastructure and critical loads
• Evaluate solar PV, battery storage, and backup power options
• Provide customized energy audit reports with recommendations and cost estimates
• Discuss federal, state, and utility incentives for energy upgrades
• Create and maintain an energy resiliency self-assessment webpage
• Conduct quarterly project management meetings with the City
• Report audit findings and statistics to the City on a quarterly basis
• Educate clients on energy efficiency, electrification, and resiliency options
