The buyer seeks a Cybersecurity Consultant to provide various services. The consultant will offer on-call advice, update cybersecurity frameworks and policies, create best practices guides, and support educational initiatives. The buyer aims to enhance its cybersecurity posture and provide tools for its members to manage cyber risk. The contract will be awarded through a fair and open process.

• 9/5/2024 - Proposal Due Date

• At least 5 years of experience providing Cybersecurity services
• Demonstrate consistent pattern of providing Cybersecurity services to risk management organizations or governmental entities
• Either be a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Government Chief Information Officer (CGCIO)

• Provide on-call advice to NJ CRM and its Risk Control Subgroup
• Update cybersecurity framework and template policies
• Create cybersecurity framework for operational technology
• Create best-practices guide for ubiquitous technology
• Create primer on cybersecurity considerations for IT hiring/contracting
• Support planning of networking and educational opportunities
• Review vendor responses to questionnaires and product inquiries
