Buyer seeks qualified mentoring and leadership development providers for YouthBuild DOL Construction and Healthcare Training programs. The project aims to create career pathways for young adults aged 18-24 disconnected from education and employment. Providers will design curriculum, develop materials, and conduct training for 8 cohorts over 20 months. The program focuses on enhancing participants' professional development and employability in construction and healthcare fields.

• Design or adapt mentorship and leadership development curriculum for youth and young adults
• Develop instructional materials for various skill levels and learning styles
• Employ effective teaching strategies for diverse learning needs
• Provide leadership development and mentoring skills opportunities
• Utilize curriculum materials to demonstrate leadership knowledge and mentoring skills mastery
• Maintain communication with Employer of Record
• Provide completion certificates for each participant
• Conduct training for 8 cohorts of 15 participants over 20 months
• Accommodate diverse learning needs and abilities
• Issue invoices for training services on a cohort basis
