The buyer is seeking a contractor to document the work of the Climate Resilience Cohort (CRC) as part of the Resilient Together project. The contractor will create a documentary video and standalone excerpts that tell the story of the CRC and its contribution to climate resilience planning. Additionally, the contractor will produce real-time graphic recording illustrations for CRC workshops. The project aims to capture the contributions of participant organizations and community members in addressing climate change impacts in the local area.

• 8/28/2024 - Pre-proposal conference
• 9/1/2024 - Contract start
• 9/5/2024 - Proposal Due Date
• 12/31/2025 - Contract end

• Create a 30-minute documentary video about the Climate Resilience Cohort
• Produce standalone video excerpts (2-5 minutes) for social media and online sharing
• Conduct interviews with project team staff, CBO staff, and workshop participants
• Capture footage of community engagement activities
• Produce real-time graphic recording illustrations for 10 community engagement events
• Deliver high-resolution image files of graphic recordings within two weeks of each event
• Provide subtitles in one or more languages other than English
• Develop a milestone schedule for County review and acceptance of deliverables
• Archive raw footage for five years for possible future use
• Comply with applicable EPA general terms and conditions
