Buyer seeks to develop a website to host Public Health Bulletin (PHB) technical resources and access to PHB consultants. The website will serve as a hub for PHB editors, including training materials, templates, and promotional resources. The project aims to support 16 countries in Africa and Asia in developing and strengthening PHBs. The website will feature multilingual capabilities, an interactive map, and e-learning modules.
