Buyer seeks a vendor to provide graphic design, layouting, and general multimedia support. The successful vendor will create visually compelling content to effectively convey the value and impact of the NDC Partnership. Work includes designing reports, infographics, logos, and producing videos. The contract will extend to December 31, 2025.

• 9/3/2024 - Proposal Due Date
• 12/31/2025 - Contract End Date

• Advanced skills in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Canva
• Advanced skills in Premiere and After Effects
• Advanced skills in Microsoft-based layouts using Word
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal guidance

• Design and produce high-quality PDF reports using Adobe InDesign
• Create compelling visuals using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Canva
• Develop informative and visually appealing infographics and graphs
• Design consistent iconography for use across various platforms
• Utilize Canva for social media visuals and presentations
• Develop event and product branding, including logo concepts
• Design and assemble engaging presentations for meetings and conferences
• Produce short-form videos, graphics and animations using Adobe Premiere and After Effects
• Record virtual interviews and events using cutting-edge technology
• Conduct quality control checks on all multimedia products
