• Five years experience in brand development, repositioning, website development, and strategic marketing plans in human services/public sector
• Possess all necessary permits, licenses, and professional credentials to supply products and perform services specified

• Develop cohesive brand strategy and visual identity across departments and programs
• Design and conduct stakeholder feedback process on SSA identity and brand recognition
• Create graphic identity including color palette and style guide for digital and print assets
• Develop brand platform guidelines embracing SSA's character, personality, and tone
• Evaluate and provide recommendations for improving SSA external website
• Lead project management including steering committee facilitation and timeline tracking
• Conduct initial reputation research and interviews with staff and external stakeholders
• Develop standardized communication tools including logos, memos, presentations, and social media assets
• Assist with implementation of strategic brand identity recommendations
• Provide training and technical assistance on new Style Guide
