Buyer seeks contractor(s) to provide organizational capacity assessment, planning, and implementation services. Services include project management, organizational assessment, implementation technical assistance, and community program planning. Buyer aims to transition from Mental Health Services Act to Behavioral Health Services Act and comply with new state mandates and initiatives. Contract term is two fiscal years with option to extend up to three additional years.

• 8/13/2024 - Pre-Proposal Meeting
• 8/16/2024 - Deadline for Questions, Comments and Contract Exceptions
• 8/30/2024 - Proposal Due Date
• 10/1/2024 - Anticipated Contract Award Date

• Project Manager with minimum four years of assessment and planning services experience
• Agency providing similar services for minimum four years within last six years
• Sub-contractors with minimum two years of assessment and planning services experience
• Registered with System for Award Management (SAM)

• Provide project management services
• Conduct organizational capacity assessment
• Deliver implementation technical assistance
• Facilitate community program planning process
• Develop BHSA Three-Year Integrated Plan
