Buyer seeks proposals for a Community Organizing and Capacity Building for Resilience Hubs Community Innovation Grant. The grant aims to identify and develop a catalog of potential resilience hub sites through community outreach, education, and research. Buyer will award up to three grant agreements to selected recipient(s) for a period of three years. The project focuses on enhancing local energy resilience, sustainability, and preparedness in the buyer's service area.

• Familiarity with clean energy sector
• Priority given to organizations operating within Ava's service area
• Provide tax filing status documents

• Conduct resilience hub community research
• Develop resilience hub case studies
• Refine resilience hub definition through community engagement
• Identify 90-100 potential resilience hub sites
• Organize public engagement for potential sites
• Develop needs assessments through public engagement
• Assist community groups in developing resilience hub concept plans
• Facilitate applications for technical assistance and incentive programs
• Provide regular reporting on site pipeline and program barriers
• Conduct minimum 4 public workshops per year
