The grant aims to identify and develop a catalog of potential resilience hub sites through community outreach, education, and research. Buyer will award up to three grant agreements to selected recipient(s) for a period of three years. The project focuses on enhancing local energy resilience, sustainability, and preparedness in the buyer's service area.

  • Provide regular reporting on site pipeline and program barriers
  • Conduct minimum 4 public workshops per year
