Hillsborough County Public Schools

Buyer seeks contractor(s) to provide tutoring services to students referred by the Homeless Education and Literacy Program (H.E.L.P.). Services are for McKinney-Vento eligible students in grades K-12 throughout Hillsborough County. Tutoring will be subject-specific and occur at scattered sites in the community. Buyer will refer approximately 125 students during the course of the agreement.

• 8/29/2024 - Proposal Due Date

• Tutors must have bachelor's degree and subject-specific tutoring experience
• Contractor must provide proof of required licenses and certifications
• Contractor must provide at least three filled reference forms

• Provide after-school tutoring services to McKinney-Vento eligible students in grades K-12
• Collaborate with H.E.L.P. office to ensure access to scattered-site tutoring
• Match highly qualified tutors with students based on specific needs
• Communicate regularly with students, parents, and H.E.L.P. office
• Monitor and report on student progress
