The buyer seeks a consultant to perform Public Awareness and Outreach Campaign Services in Monroe County. The objective is to increase visibility throughout Miami-Dade and Monroe County by creating strategies to provide information on services offered by the buyer. The consultant will develop services to enhance public awareness of School Readiness, Voluntary Prekindergarten, and Child Care Executive Partnership programs. The buyer aims to promote high-quality school readiness and early education programs for children from birth to age five.

• Consult on media strategy with ELC Executive Leadership team
