• Extensive experience with higher education
• All development, implementation, and design done in-house
• Provide references for successful prior projects with comparable scope
• Demonstrate outstanding budget, quality, and timeline control
• Services provided must be WAI/WCAG/ADA compliant
• Conform with Federal Law Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act
