• Licensed to do business in Washington State
• Experience supporting attendance improvements with demonstrated impact
• Knowledge of Improvement Science, MTSS, school improvement, equity frameworks
• Expertise in coaching on attendance data analysis and action planning
• Experience implementing Improvement Networks in Washington focused on attendance

• Design and facilitate state-wide Attendance Breakthrough Improvement network
• Provide coaching to Regional Attendance Coordinators for regional networks
• Develop knowledge management system for project resources and information
• Create strategic plan for implementing Attendance Breakthrough Networks
• Develop guidance document on attendance improvement for public access
