- Perform daily website backups and maintain restore points
- Complete regular software and plugin updates for all frameworks
- Conduct quarterly check-ups for broken links, images, and interactive elements
- Respond to maintenance requests within specified timeframes
- Maintain databases and custom-built site search engine
- Ensure 508 Compliance and mobile-responsive design
- Refresh design and navigation to improve user experience
- Improve functionality of text editor and password-protected sections
