• Able to provide a single staff person to fulfill One-Stop Operator role
• Staff should have bachelor's degree or higher in related field
• Proficiency in using software including Microsoft 365 and Outlook
• Ability to use data and implement technology across systems

• Coordinate internal communication with core and required partners
• Evaluate customer satisfaction survey data and propose service strategy changes
• Develop and facilitate training for team members on partner programs
• Oversee and manage the referral process between partners
• Implement strategies to create a workforce culture with shared information
• Manage One-Stop certification continuous improvement process
• Use technological solutions to improve communication and data collection
• Submit various reports to the Iowa Plains Committee
• Serve as employer of record for Work Experience Program and paid internships
• Maintain board One-Stop Certification requirements
