Buyer supports approximately 225 users and has a hybrid environment with on-premise Active Directory synchronized to Microsoft 365. The selected vendor will provide comprehensive services including analysis, design, migration, testing, and training.

- Develop migration strategy and implementation plan
- Configure SharePoint Online tenant and set up migration infrastructure
- Perform data migration from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online
- Implement record retention functionality in SharePoint Online
- Provide training for IT staff and end users
- Develop documentation for configuration, maintenance, and updating procedures
- Implement reporting and analytics capabilities
- Ensure end-user adoption of SharePoint Online
- Manage project coordination, meetings, and change management
