• Upgrade, redesign, and further develop City's public facing websites
• Provide Content Management System for managing web content
• Increase CMS instances from three to four
• Redesign minimum of 16 city department websites
• Provide development site and final site file with database backup
• Assist with aesthetic development, workflows, and functionality
• Allow users to create, edit, collaborate on, publish, and store digital content
• Provide graphical user interfaces for editing web content without coding
• Provide back-end services for content management and delivery
• Transfer content to contractor development environment
