The buyer is seeking to establish an annual contract for the purchase and delivery of EMS medical supplies. The contract includes various categories of items such as medical gloves, linens, trauma cases/bags, and intraosseous needles. The buyer requires delivery to multiple locations within East Baton Rouge Parish. Vendors must bid on all items within a category to be considered for award of that category. The contract will be for one year with the possibility of extension for up to two additional years.

• 8/13/2024 - Inquiry period ends
• 8/21/2024 - Proposal Due Date

• Supply and deliver various medical gloves in different sizes and materials
• Provide linens including fitted sheets, privacy sheets, pillows, pillowcases, and blankets
• Supply trauma cases and bags for emergency medical equipment
• Deliver EZ-IO intraosseous needles and accessories
• Ensure compatibility with existing Stryker Power Pro XT stretcher equipment
• Provide samples of products if bidding other than specified brands
• Deliver products to various locations within East Baton Rouge Parish
• Maintain inventory to fulfill orders within 7 days of receipt
• Comply with all specifications, terms, and conditions outlined in the RFP
• Submit properly completed bid forms and required documentation
