Medically Supervised Outpatient Clinic

The buyer is seeking proposals for a Medically Supervised Outpatient Clinic program to provide substance use disorder treatment services. - Must be OASAS Certified
- Documented history of providing licensed services to individuals with substance use disorder in New York State
- Experience complying with OASAS and/or other state-level regulations and requirements
- Prequalified in the Statewide Financial System (SFS)
- Provide substance use disorder treatment services to individuals and families
- Offer medication-assisted treatment and intensive outpatient services
- Conduct admission assessments and develop treatment/recovery plans
- Deliver individual and group counseling sessions
- Coordinate care with other local treatment providers
- Implement OASAS regulations and reporting requirements
- Provide overdose prevention education and naloxone training
- Offer peer support services and complex care coordination
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels per OASAS regulations
- Submit quarterly program and financial performance reports
