Buyer seeks proposals for Measurement, Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification (MMRV) and Marketing Partnerships to support the Alliance to Advance Climate-Smart Agriculture. • Provide efficient MMRV support for climate-smart agricultural practices
• Compare and add beyond COMET-Planner and COMET-Farm results for robust C balance estimates
• Estimate GHG reduction where other tools do not
• Connect producers to existing marketing channels for climate-smart commodities
• Create new marketing opportunities for producers
• Add value/premiums for producers for climate-smart commodities
• Partner with Virginia Tech researchers on MMRV research
• Integrate with USDA reporting systems
• Protect grower identity and data while managing data effectively
• Report information at least a week before quarterly USDA reporting
