• At least 5 years experience in municipal infrastructure, environmental, or community planning
• Ability to meet in person in Millis as outlined in Scope of Work

• Establish goals and vision for the Climate Action Plan
• Compile baseline energy-use data and greenhouse gas inventories
• Develop stakeholder engagement plan and conduct community meetings
• Create integrated climate mitigation and adaptation solutions
• Develop implementation strategies and performance monitoring guidance
• Produce communication materials and final Climate Action Plan report
• Design accessible visual aids and presentations for public engagement
• Analyze climate vulnerabilities and prioritize intervention strategies
• Create detailed roadmap with interim milestones for 2030, 2040, and 2050
• Establish performance metrics for tracking progress through 2050
