The buyer is seeking proposals from certified public accountants to audit its financial statements for fiscal years 2025-2027. The audits must be conducted in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and government auditing standards. • Audit Village's financial statements for fiscal years 2025-2027
• Conduct Single Audit in accordance with OMB A-133
• Audit Village Justice Court records and docket
• Issue reports on internal control and compliance
• Provide management letter with recommendations
• Assist with accounting and management issues as needed
• Present draft audit findings to Village Treasurer
• Prepare required Federal and State financial assistance schedules
• Issue 'consent and citation of expertise' for debt offerings if requested
• Stay current on GASB, FASB, AICPA, and government accounting standards
