• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems
• Design, develop, and manage computer-based systems or programs
• Administer network and data security, backups, and updates
• Provide IT support and training to users
• Monitor and optimize the performance of IT systems
• Coordinate purchasing of IT related equipment
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
• Maintain records and documentation of IT services provided
• Collaborate with Reagan Mass Transit District throughout project duration
