The buyer is seeking organizations or groups to address the opioid crisis through prevention, harm reduction, treatment, and recovery programs. The buyer will provide funding to support development, implementation, enhancement, or expansion of programs addressing substance use disorders, polysubstance use, and co-occurring mental health issues. The funding period will be two years for programmatic contracts and one year for purchases. At least 90% of funding awards must be used for direct opioid remediation services, with indirect costs capped at 10%.
