• At least ten years of experience providing equivalent services
• Extensive knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, policies, procedures and standards
• Extensive knowledge of standard methods, techniques and practices for equivalent services
• Ability to obtain necessary resources to provide equivalent services
• Ability to work long hours as necessitated by site work
• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Facilitate comprehensive community engagement processes
