• Create content for digital, social, and traditional media
• Provide brand development services
• Offer public and media relations support
• Provide crisis communications planning and support
• Plan and support events
• Design and manage website
• Incorporate qualitative research into strategic planning
• Maximize budget with quantitative return on investment evaluation
