Buyer seeks a professional full-service advertising agency to act as its tourism destination marketing representative in Japan. The agency will promote Guam tourism, achieve visitor arrival goals, and act as buyer's liaison in Japan. Services include developing marketing plans, integrating activities with travel trade, promoting Guam as a MICE destination, and executing digital marketing campaigns. The contract is for four fiscal years with three one-year renewal options.

• Promote Guam as a Group and MICE destination
• Execute digital marketing and social media campaigns
• Maintain relationships with travel trade for promotional purposes
• Ensure proper representation of CHamoru culture in marketing
• Develop brand awareness in future generation of travelers
• Increase exposure of experiential offerings across Guam
• Provide monthly activity reports and budget tracking
